Dr. Grenaé Dudley, Ph.D., Executive Director – Dr. Dudley has more than 25 years experience in non-profit administration, is a licensed psychologist, and is well known and respected in metropolitan Detroit as an advocate for children. Read more...

Phil Wells, MSW, Deputy Director – Phil Wells has more than 25 years experience in non-profit administration and work on behalf of children in Detroit. He has extensive strategic planning and development experience.

Jeff Hill, CPA, MSF, CFO – A substantial portion of Mr. Hill’s 21 years experience in accounting, finance and auditing has been spent in not-for-profits. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, and is currently president of the Detroit Chapter of the National Association of Black Accountants.

Tom Flaherty, MS, MBA, Data Director – Mr. Flaherty has more than 30 years experience in data collection systems and analysis in the automotive industry.
